From time to time, the need arises to share access to your company’s social media accounts with others, such as an employee or a marketing firm. The process can be a little tedious, so we’ve created this illustrated, step-by-step guide for all the major social media platforms for your convenience.
Before you get going, we would like to remind you to be careful about who you give access to and consider their role settings carefully. Unfortunately, employees can come and go – you don’t want your social accounts to go with them! Remember to record all passwords, track who has access to what, limit your admins, regularly change your passwords, create an exit policy, and understand how the verifications work for each account.

• Click on “Page Roles” at the left.

• Type in the name or email of the person you would like to add to your page.

• Select the role: Admin, Editor, Moderator, Advertiser, Analyst, and Live Contributor.
When working with Fisher Green Creative, LLC, we ask that you assign us the role of “Admin” to allow us full access to the back end of your profile.
However, you should carefully consider assigning roles when working with employees, friends and family. For more information on what each of these roles mean, click here.
